Terms & Conditions

Shipping Information

In order to ship to the conference center, include the following: Scott Conference Center, date of event, and the name of the company. The address is 6450 Pine St. Omaha NE 68106.

All the packages will be in the sales office’s storage room under lock and key. Vendors will need to pick up their packages and sign off on receiving them. The venue offices are in the ballroom area and they have carts to help get everything where it needs to go. Please note the Scott Center asks to not send event materials until 7 days prior to the event.

How to Register Online

  1. View the map by clicking on the registration link:
    > Suppliers' Expo 2024 Registration
  2. Booths that are "green" are available. Booths that are "red" are already sold. Booths that are "blue" are in process of being reserved. Other color pins are Sponsors of the Expo.
  3. Booths are held for 20 minutes and will be released if registration is not completed at the end of 20 minutes.
  4. Click the pin of the booth you want to register. If you are registering multiple booths start with one booth and you'll be asked to add additional booths during the registration process.
  5. You will need to read and accept the payment terms to complete the booth registration.
  6. If you accidentally exit the registration page you can continue registration by reloading the booth map and there will be a green "Continue Registration" area shown.
  7. You can also order electricity and black table cloth while paying for your booth.

    3. Booth number(s)
    4. Company name, address, phone, and url
    5. Company contact name, title, and email (to be listed in the exhibitor guide)
    6. Exhibitor contact information (who we should contact with SN 2026 info.)
    7. 50 word company description
    8. Product or service category (choose from list)
